Unraveling Determinants of Inclusive Leadership in Public Organizations

The aim of this article is to unravel the determinants inclusive leadership by combining mixed methods in two phases explore and test theoretically grounded personal organizational antecedents leadership. first qualitative phase used semi-structured interviews with public managers, while second quantitative tested assumptions using survey data from employees working Dutch sector. findings support hypothesized positive association leader humility as well a flexible culture on Public managers also tend have, both social justice business case arguments for diversity, affecting their Motivation discretionary room enable cope structural constrains. Top management important change norms, motivating stimulating lower level actively show Overall, our contribute better understanding sector context.
